More / Less + Adjective / Adverb / Noun + that.
Examples:

  •  Pablo is less cheerful than Pedro. (Adjective)
  •  Pedro arrived less late than Franco. (Adverb)
  •  Franco and Juan have fewer friends than Diego. (Noun)
 When the comparison is followed by a number, + More / Less DE is used, but when the sentence is negative, More / Less + QUE is used.

Equality Comparatives
